During our Inspections, we review the overall condition of the home or building and its major systems. We clearly explain any issues—whether minor items that require attention or major concerns that should be addressed promptly. Every inspection includes a detailed, easy-to-read report outlining our findings, supported with photographs for clarity. Your report is delivered in PDF format, and a complete photo gallery is provided in a convenient ZIP file for your records.
In addition to inspections, we also provide Property Tours, which have proven extremely effective for ongoing property management. Each Tour includes a comprehensive property summary, a clear list of items that need to be addressed, and a gallery of supporting photos. Property Tours are ideal for homeowners, Housing Authorities, Property Managers, and rental property owners, offering a practical way to assess and document property condition on an annual or bi-annual basis.
Tour documentation helps protect your investment by identifying maintenance needs, repair concerns, and potential replacements early—ensuring the long-term value, safety, and longevity of your property.
We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors as we are certified with one of the leading home inspection associations in North America.

Assessment of foundations, grading and drainage, basements, retaining walls, walkways, and the structural integrity of floors, walls, ceilings, and framing components.
Inspection of roof coverings, drainage systems, flashing, skylights, chimneys, and all roof penetrations to identify wear, damage, and potential water intrusion.
Evaluation of service entrance and electrical panels, branch circuits, connected fixtures and devices, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and verification of proper GFCI protection throughout the home.
Review of fixtures and faucets, water supply lines, drain–waste–vent systems, water heaters, flues, chimneys, sump pumps, and any visible fuel storage or distribution systems.
Inspection of heating and cooling equipment, air distribution systems, ductwork, vents, flues, and overall system function and condition.
Testing and evaluation of built-in household appliances including: dishwasher, range hood, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, bathroom exhaust fans, smoke/CO protectors. Other built-in or permanently installed appliances
